Tinubu announces national youth confab

President Bola Tinubu has announced a 30-day confab for Nigerian youths to discuss challenges confronting them.

The President made the announcement during his 64th Independence Day Anniversary Broadcast.

The confab, according to him, will ensure that the voices of youths are heard and their recommendations implemented by his administration.

The President urged Nigerians not to lose hope in the country, saying that better days are ahead for Nigeria.

“I am pleased to announce a gathering of the National Youths Conference.

“This conference platform will address diverse challenges affecting our young people,” he said.

This comes as Nigerian youths plan to hit the streets nationwide to protest the economic hardship bedeviling the country.
